We are looking for an experienced, outside-the-box individual who wants to become part of a team whose mission is simply to provide the information necessary to improve medical care. This motivated individual must be flexible in working and solving problems of varying levels across organizations and functional areas. An abiding love of people and affinity for structured process are a must.
The Senior Manager, Education & Adoption will direct and oversee the delivery of IHM’s data products to new hospital participants.
The Education & Adoption program involves relationship management including but not limited to, development maintenance and monitoring of the IHM-client relationship within the first year of the product implementation. &This consists of training users, educating executives and engaging as many clinical users of IHM’s data products as possible within the culture and structure of each individual hospital.
The overriding goal of the Senior Manager is to see that IHM data is used by participating hospitals to the fullest extent possible. This position has the capacity to influence clinical leadership and clinical practice through the facilitating the hospital's assimilation of the information that the IHM data provides.
Requirements:
- Broad background in health care delivery systems, clinical or hospital experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently as well as a key team member
- Strong customer service understanding and orientation
- Ability to multi-task while managing several projects and delivering the results on budget and on time
- Strong outcome-based work ethic alongside a strong sense of humor
- Ability and comfortableness with travel and maintaining long-distance business relationships
